Our facility is secured by video surveillance.  Each packaged is opened and processed in a secure area.  The material is weighed and photographed on a digital scale, and we verify the amount that you reported with your material.

We contact you with the confirmed weights within one business day from when your material is received.  Your material is assigned a lot number and held in a secure location until processed.  We are located in Jewelers’ Row in Chicago and have experience processing and handling millions of dollars’ worth of inventory and materials.
